Women 4 Homes is creating its first co-living home for older women. It's the first step in something bigger: women putting our own capital to work to solve housing insecurity, on our own terms, at scale.
 

And the women are already here. Over 20 of them have come together as co-owners, backing this with their own money, because they're done waiting for someone else to fix it.
 

Here's what we're building. A co-living home for six older women. Six bedrooms, each with its own en suite and kitchenette, plus shared communal space. Beautiful, affordable, dignified. A home that eases the loneliness that comes too often with age.
 

Right now we're about to go shopping for the land. We're documenting every step, so the whole country can see what we already know. That older women most at risk of homelessness deserve beautiful, affordable homes. And that it's a sound investment with strong returns too.
